All licenses are delivered electronically.

No physical boxes or license certificates delivered.

All purchases are to be made online only.

Electronic keys will be delivered within maximum 24 hours of payment confirmation through email. Valid email account is compulsory at buyer end. Once the license key is received by buyer its confidentiality is the responsibility of the receiver of the keys. We strongly advise to maintain strict confidentiality of all keys. Received keys also include complete information on software download links, installation instructions, and support center contact numbers. Support is available 10 am to 6 pm Monday to Saturday . Support center stays closed on Sunday  and all national holidays. There is absolutely no requirement of any physical interaction from purchase stage to installation and to tech support level. It is completely online, and it is secured. The license keys can be activated from Malaysia only. Once activated the licenses will work as usual even when traveling abroad. Internet and email ID is compulsory for any license.
